Exploring Vilnius, Lithuania, with a couple of excursions out of the city, most notably to the ancient island castle of Trakai. The daytime temperatures were consistently around -20°C while I was there, which was an experience in and of itself. But with very little wind and zero precipitation even temperatures this low weren't intolerable.
